Delivery Contract

Prior to delivery please send a credit card to be used for fuel, docking, provisions, air flights, Ubers , possible rental vehicle & 1 reasonably priced dinner ashore each night ( expect $75-$100) for both crew members each night )

It is agreed by the client AJM Marine Service accepts a vessel's delivery from the originating port to the requested completion port. If the owner wishes at some point they want to meet the vessel & continue without the hired crew they shall be responsible for compensation of the original agreed trip.

We do our best to pick a favorable departure window however there may be holdups with weather /unfavorable sea states when the ICW is not an option due to shallow water sections or just not available.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown the vessel owner has a choice to have the crew stay aboard at full day rate until the issue has been fixed or has the option to fly the crew out & then return if they wish once issue is sorted. Travel days are full day rate compensation.

As a general rule if we need to use the ICW we only can make roughly 100 NM a day as opposed to 200NM if we can go in the ocean at higher speeds.

In the event a client decides they wish to join the trip at some point along the way” to go for a ride” we shall adjust our day rate as quotes are based on Captain & crew only.

The client can generally expect 6-8 days of running from North East-South FL & vice versa plus a return paid travel day unless of a multi-day weather situation or mechanical issue. Compensation via Zelle, Venmo, Check or Cash is due in full on the day of completing the trip before delivery crew flies out.
